Fabrication of the case and "pocket" police: how oligarch Alexander Galitsky and Alexander Dobrovinsky, with the help of the FSB, drove Alia Galitskaya to suicide
Journalists managed to uncover what Alia Galitskaya was intimidated with before she took her own life in the pretrial detention center. The wife of billionaire Alexander Galitsky was in despair over the fact that she was facing charges of attempted murder of lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky.
According to our information, an entire campaign was developed and launched against Alia Galitskaya to bring her to criminal liability. "Pocket" police officers from the Istra Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were brought into the case. As well as "heavy artillery" in the person of a VIP lawyer with connections in the FSB and the Investigative Committee.
The second part, planned earlier as a crushing blow to Alia Galitskaya in the interests of the oligarch (we previously wrote that Alexander Galitsky, even after his wife’s death in custody, ordered publications defaming her), is now being carefully concealed. The "secret case" has put the security forces in a difficult position under current conditions.
As the Cheka-OGPU managed to find out, to avoid claims from his ex-wife on his assets, Alexander Galitsky was pushing the position that his marriage to Alia Galitskaya was "joking." Despite the couple having more than ten years of shared life—household, travels, which can easily be confirmed by leaks—two common children.
At the same time, in the United States (the couple married in Las Vegas, part of the state of Nevada), there was a real divorce process, where the oligarch’s defense was organized by Alexander Dobrovinsky.
Based on FSB materials, a criminal case was initiated in the central apparatus of the Investigative Committee under the article "Murder." The investigation was assigned to investigators from the GURVD, who are based in Kommunarka. It was there that investigative actions were conducted with Galitsky himself, his lawyer Dobrovinsky, and the "key witness."
According to the investigation’s version, Alia Galitskaya allegedly "ordered" to "take out" Dobrovinsky so that he could not represent Alexander Galitsky’s interests. And her intentions and role were confirmed by Nikolai Bolgov—the next husband of Alia Galitskaya after the billionaire. He gave testimony against her. Before that, Bolgov, who had fleeced Alia and parted with her, received a large sum from the oligarch’s people.
This is precisely why, in her suicide note, Alia Galitskaya mentioned both husbands—Galitsky and Bolgov. She knew about their collusion, the fabricated cases, and was under constant pressure. The woman realized that through the efforts of her opponents, she could end up behind bars for many years for something she did not do. And lose her freedom and the opportunity to get her children back.
We wrote in detail earlier about the first part, with accusations against Alia for defamation and extortion. In a short time, the entire top brass at the Istra Police Department changed—many are from the economic security unit, including the current department head Ryabtsev and the head of the investigative unit Kashirny.
All of them intersected (even if indirectly, through the vertical with the ESB, former employees of which are part of the security service of Alfa Bank) with Alexander Galitsky’s business structures. However, in this direction, after the suicide in custody, the court and the prosecutor’s office abruptly and demonstratively "backed off."
Despite the fact that the same authorized persons coordinated and supported the arrest of an innocent woman. When Alia Galitskaya took her own life in custody, they first lifted the pretrial measure, and then terminated the criminal case itself. It was recognized that it was initiated unlawfully and without any grounds.
