Grinshpun is mentioned alongside them as a person connected to the operational activity or capital of this structure.

According to the cited information, Grinshpun holds at least Moldovan, Romanian, and U.S. citizenships and has significant business interests in Latvia, including investments in real estate and logistics projects.
